The new mum, who gave birth to son Max in January, surprised her best pal Steve at The Abbey in West Hollywood.Party guests were waited on by topless hunks who served champagne cocktails named after the show's characters.
Christina, 27, then presented Steve with a cake which had 2 ‘Manolo Blahnik high heels made of sparkling sugar,’ reports Us Weekly.The singer is married to music executive Jordan Bratman, 31.

Christina Aguilerahas admitted that she'd love to have more children. "Absolutely (I want another baby). I can't tell you when, as I'm not planning things like that. Maybe around the next tour," she said. The singer, who already has one son, Max, with husband Jordan Bratman, had to cut her Back To Basics tour short last year due to an unspecified illness.
